After waiting longer than expected, but in fairness was because of staffing issues,which I totally understand being a business owner myself. I received my new tail light for my BMW R-Nine-T It was really easy to install and didn't take more than 30min, The back end of the bike so much nicer. Honestly I don't know why the stock back end is so ugly but this makes it a thousand times better. Thank you Ray and Moto Box for your fabrication. Hopefully staffing will get back to normal for all of us.
I ordered a new taillight for my R-nine-T Over a month ago,when trying to get a idea of my order, I couldn't get through on the phone, also no response from email other than when I asked for an estimated eta on the part, which is well over 3 weeks ago. Response was shipping next week. Never shipped! No shipping number or anything. Requested a refund over a week ago, hasn't been processed or even a response to the email. Ich gebe keinen Stern da motobox nicht per Mail auf meine Bestellung eingeht, hab auch von Deutschland aus angerufen, sie meinten das die Bestellung noch dauert, Bestellung wurde im März aufgegeben, habe dann im Mai über PayPal zurück gezogen das war mein Glück, kann die Firma nicht weiter empfehlen, Finger weg von dieser Firma Motobox
