As far as my order went- they were top notch on the price and shipping. Simple, but nice website. As far as customer service goes, they are horrible. Didn't answer the phone. Didn't respond when I submitted into there 'contact us' page. Finally did email me and then didn't respond again to emails. I had warranty questions on the tires and they said they weren't covered. Ordered 4 tires, sent 2 (and were the wrong ones to boot). Will not reply to email or calls. I had to email them at admin@motoxmall to get a reply. UPDATE, i received full refund. It is too bad all this company needs to do is reply to their customers, their reviews are all due to lack of communication to their customers. One would assume they'd have good reviews and even more sales if they just answer their emails and phone calls. I wish them luck, i still wont buy here ever again. I order tires from there website they got there the next day but they were the wrong tire they will not answer there phone or email back I am not happy
