HORRIBLE customer service. Get off work early so I call to ask if it's possible to get tires done on my bike today. Dude (since they don't say their name when answering the phone) just laughs. Asks me what bike, then laughs some more. "I'm already working on something, not going to pull it off to work on some goldwing" was his reply. Apparently they don't want business. A simple "no man, I have no time today" would have sufficed as an answer rather then a disrespectful comment such as that. Rather buy my own bike lift and do... read more
Holding my motorcycle for months with no progress at all, when I dropped my bike off seen his garage was full of bikes, due to his high work load he will not get to your bike even if you made a deposit with him. Had an attitude when I asked about my bike would not recommend.
Great place. Great guy. Great prices and dave is very communicative. Been very dependable and trustworthy for a long time.
