Got a flat tire riding to work last week. Left by the road at Hexham. Managed to donkey the bike to Trekkin and Jay and his amazing crew were able to source and fit a tire while I waited. Fantastic service, friendly, reliable and quality work. Thank you!!

POOR, have phoned their service section THREE times attempting to book in for a service and left a messages with NO REPLY. Web site looks good but!!!!!
