Emma was extremely professional, competent, and best of all, fast! I dropped my bike off on a Thursday, not even starting, and she had it running in tip-top shape better than ever before by the next Monday!
Okay mechanic, good for stuff like fork seals and what not. One time I asked for them to look into some chain slap, they said the chain was just loose. I checked the chain when I got home and it was so tight there was zero slack, I'm sure if I rode it like that it would have snapped the crank, turns out I just needed a new chain guide. Also I asked them to replace the clutch slave with an aftermarket one because the OEM ones were prone to failure, they said they inspected the OEM one and it looked good and put it back. Emma is incredible. She managed to revive a rusted bike that had been sitting untouched and uncovered for 4 years straight in a matter of days. I will never go to another motorcycle shop again. Great price, very high quality work, extremely pleasant experience.

Emma is a 5 star across the board there is no issue she cannot resolve, I recommend anyone that has a basic to complicated issue with there bike, there is nothing she cannot solve, her service is worth the drive if your out of town and don't go to the other guys they either don't know what they're doing or they tell you your issue sounds to time consuming.
