If you’re seeking a reliable and skilled professional to service your motorcycle, look no further than Emma. I recently visited her for an oil change and alignment, and was thoroughly impressed. Not only was the work completed efficiently and at a very fair price, but she also identified and resolved issues I hadn’t even noticed. Emma’s expertise, honesty, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I would gladly give her a 10-star rating if it were possible.
All I needed were new Vespa 150 tires. She gave me really good advice on the right tires for me. Her labor fee was extremely reasonable and there were no unexpected fees or add-ons, even though the bike is old and the process requires partial disassembly. Emma herself is really a unique and fun person. She obviously loves motorcycles and made me feel like I had the best one in the area. Very strong 5 stars.
Amazing experience! Emma was able to get our little old 50cc motorcycle running better than I EVER remember it running. But what really sets her apart is she understood that the bike is more than just a bike -- it is part of our family history -- and approached the project with kindness and wisdom. I would rate 10 stars if I could. My front brakes gave out while on a road trip so stopped by and was expecting a big deal. It took Emma took one look and immediately saw the issue with the brake lever then fixed it quickly and refused to charge me for it. I appreciate the expertise, honesty and generosity and would highly recommend this place.
Emma is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with correcting a big mistake I made and not judging. Her prices are fair and she was able to squeeze me in and get me rolling in a day. I’m definitely gonna be bringing my bike back to her!
