I have a BMW motorcycle and as soon as I called to see if it could be serviced Rick knew more about the parts than I did. And I know my bike. Rick made it very easy for me to pre-order a tire and then he did an excellent job coordinating the repair work that needed to be done. While my bike was in the shop he let me know the brake pads were at the end of their life ( I saw them when I paid my bill. Shot) this saved my rotors, front and back.
