Relatively new to MotoRichmond having moved back to the east coast and bought a Vespa. I've ordered parts and accessories from MotoRichmond and had my Vespa serviced. In an age when customer service is often not a priority or even in existence, MotoRichmond provides awesome customer service "like it used to be". Great customer service! Had a defective (I barely noticed) part and they replaced it. Easy purchase process and no one was too pushy. Will definitely come back.
