I just bought my 3rd bike from them. Since moving to Virginia, this is the only place I will go for motorcycles. I will echo what everyone has said about the staff being friendly and professional. The other thing I really appreciate is that every time I come for a scheduled service appointment, the bike is always done on or before the time they say.

I have closer dealers for the brands sold by Moto Richmond, but I don't have better dealers. I'll make the drive just to see the folks who work there. Moto Richmond doesn't have sales people or service people. They have motorcyclists who happen to be sales people and service people. Amazing folks.
I live out of town but have been here 4× for a yearly scooter rally sponsored/supported by Moto Richmond. They are terrific hosts, friendly, helpful, and I would trust them with any of my scooter needs.
Super responsive and helpful. Better then other guzzi closer to me, but I always come here.
