Ordered a part 5 months ago. No replies to any emails or calls. Worst is I have to wait up silly hours of the night to make the calls due to time zones and being half way accross the world. No I have not changed my email, no I have not changed my phone number. Yes I send emails every week. Rubbish company do not use. (correction for date of purchase) Edit. it seems like the 3 ppl who have written a review dont understand how a company works to the first one maybe they got a new number/got their email changed the middle one u got the part so ion see the problem and the 3rd person straight up said it was good and left it with one star
If I could give this zero stars I would! It’s been months and I still have gotten zero replies to my email. No phone calls were returned to me. I call everyday and send dozens of emails. And NOTHING! I spend just a little less than $100 on a part for my bike, and I have not received an email in regards to a shipping confirmation or if it has even been shipped! Just an email of my receipt, which this company took from me and has done nothing to send my part in or even take the time to reply to my emails or phone calls! Worst ... read more
