Purchased an ebike from here in 2024. Stored inside and less than 200 kms on it. It is now unresponsive - took it back to see if they could diagnose the problem. After three weeks of waiting (until I eventually followed up) I was told it “might” need a new battery but they didn’t have one in stock / their rep from the company doesn’t have one either. So I’m left with an expensive, heavy bike and no solution. Less than ideal experience and would recommend looking elsewhere.
Great place for bike repair. Fixed my flat and brakes in no time. Also very helpful with other issues. Will for be back next time come up with a problem.
They fixed my bike quickly ( which is my main way of getting around)
Very positive experience getting an E-scooter repaired. Great communication and the repair was completed a day earlier than expected.
