I wish I could select a rating lower than not good. Extremely poor customer service. We purchased a 2016 Hisun Sector 1000 demo, purchased as a new vehicle, along with a 2020 BMS scooter. We paid cash for both. The scooter had a trunk that was not the correct color. We asked for a replacement, did not receive until 3 months later. The Hisun started leaking hydraulic oil from the dump body after we put less than 1 hour on it, and we didn't even use the dump body. We returned it to Moto El Paso for service.
