I would put zero stars if that was an option! I bought a dirtbike from them and it started having issues not even 150 miles after using it. I took it in for them to fix it and when I came to pick it up, it barely started and they said it was just because the bike is cold blooded. They said it would start and it would just take a minute every time I turn it on, so I brought it home and the next day it wouldn't start and had the same issues. I ordered a part for my CF Moto on a Saturday and they processed it very quickly for delivery later that week. I realized on Monday I was not going to need it and called them first thing Tuesday to cancel the order. It was already in transit so could not be cancelled. However, they were very understanding and refunded a vast majority of the cost to me for the part. I am very grateful for the understanding they have for errors being made by mere mortals. I will continue to recommend and support this dealer.
