A friendly and trustworthy mechanic... one who actually spends time talking and instructing you about your bike. dropped off my bike on very short notice, Allan is very attentive and helpful, I'm a bit of a newbie so it was nice to have someone take the time to give me some tips and walk me through how certain things are done...
