I had to edit my review. I would not use this shop again.
First time OK…second time not a good experience. Hard to reach, late responding or not at all…lack of basic communication skills….something happened.
Dean knows BMW bikes and is a true professional. Great service and everything done as promised on time.
I REALLY wanted this to be my future MC shop. It's hard to find a great MC mechanic (even @ dealerships, but who wants to pay those prices). I don't need a shop for basic maintenance. Complete my own oil, plugs, filter, chain cleaning + replacements, tire changes (with a little help from Cycle Gear). But, for more involved work I wanted a reliable shop.
