I have been a tenant of Motley Property Group since 2019. My experiences with them have been exceptional. Any of my maintenance needs have been handled promptly, most times the same day I report them. Communication is good. The outside grounds of the property as well inside of the building is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Motley Property Group as a place to reside.
I have rented with this property group for many many years and recently moved out of state ( which is the ONLY reason I left). It has been an absolute pleasure to rent from Motley Property Group. All repairs made within a timely manner, efficent staff,manicured grounds and a family ran business that doesn't just treat you like a tenant but an actual member of the family!
