I am finding it incredibly hard to believe this is a family medical practice when I have been waiting weeks to get my child’s records because they did not seem to know the protocol for creating proxy accounts for parents to have their children’s medical record. Still, I was very patient waiting for them to figure it out and still have not been given the appropriate information to access as my children’s medical records. Do you hate going to the doctor? Me too. Not this place. Right off the bat, if you call them, option 1 on the phone menu is "Do you want to talk to the front desk?", and they pick the phone right up. AMAZING. The office is quaint, and doesn't feel like a sterile hospital where you're going to be put down.
