Do you hate going to the doctor? Me too. Not this place. Right off the bat, if you call them, option 1 on the phone menu is "Do you want to talk to the front desk?", and they pick the phone right up. AMAZING. The office is quaint, and doesn't feel like a sterile hospital where you're going to be put down. Although I have VA Benefits I was searching for a reputable Family Care Center for immediate care due to the slow process Veterans learn how to expect, making my personal choice of Motley Medical Practice with Lucinda Motley an easier choice bc I knew more about her practice when she was in Lavergne TN.
