Honest, Quality Work – Motive does quality repairs at reseaonable prices. Shawn is great to deal with and will let you know exactly what they find. I am glad they take extra time to inspect the vehicle over thoroughly, because I have found it is better to catch something and repair it before it turns into a major repair. Honesty is always best and that's what they're known for. Tell Shawn that Ron sent you.

Not good at all. A total waste of time and money – After waiting 5 minutes to get helped I left my car for a smog failure diagnosis to the tune of $100. What I got was a quick explanation that the car needs a lot of work which could be roughly $3000. I never said I had just been to a test only center and they told me it was minor. Also, I was greeted in a less than courteous manner and basically felt pre-judged at that time. When I picked my car up I was told it's $100 and I should retire the car. review – Not a great experience at all... RUN!Went in for what was suppose to be less than an hour and was they an hour and a half!Think they were trying to find something.Sure enough they said I passed everything but the "visual" part..I immediatley go to my mechanic who says no one fails someone for that and fixes it.I go back(stupid me I know!) and he says oh well you only fixed one part not the other part like I said!How do I know he didnt tamper with my car in order to fail me again???I dont trust them.
