Great fitness studio .Friendly helpful staff add to experience . One on one instruction available with individual program .
Friendly staff, well laid out and clean. A relaxed atmosphere with a good mix of patrons gives this gym an inclusive feel. Affordable too!
Really good love to go here only complaint is there is this one guy that works here and he puts on soooooo much butter on your bagel watch out for him!!! ps big sweaty guy
