We had a successful easy move today using Motivated Movers. Kevin and Stefan were our two men crew. They were pleased and surprised the anticipated 30 boxes actually had already been moved. They told us that many customers often underestimate.Be honest with yourself when you're guessing how many boxes you're going to be telling the folks to move. These guys are great and I highly recommend!! They quoted me the best price of any place I looked. Ishmael and his team did an exceptional job. They were kind, quick and professional and worked hard to get everything moved safely and efficiently. 10/10 will definitely reach out to them again if need services in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable moving company.

Underestimated move caused problems in packing, loading, and need to rent an additional U-Haul truck. Packing storage units with our furniture was very poor, and our personal packing blankets (12) were removed and taken by crew. Worst moving experience in 17 moves.

Horrible Experience!!! Paid for 3 movers, only 2 of them worked most of the time and still had to pay for 3 hourly. Front door frame smashed, walls marked all over the house, our hardwood floors damaged, mud all over the basement carpet. Was never asked where furniture should be placed within each room, just dropped wherever. Not getting a response from the manager on the damages made. Extremely upsetting the day you move into your new home. Never had an experience like this

HI Kim, We did in fact perform your requested services on August 12th, 2020, and at that time we made it clear that we would be investigating your concerns and responding as soon as possible and not more than one week from the date of your move to provide you with the results of that investigation and what to do moving forward to ensure all damages caused by Motivated Movers are properly and fairly addressed. At the same time it was clearly stated that if one of the movers was unable to perform their duties for a period of time, for whatever reason, that that time would be refunded. The services that were requested were in fact performed and your feedback while valuable indicates that you are not interested in acting fairly or in good faith.

These guys were very enthusiastic, careful and made the impossible possible (working around a second story apartment with lots of huge furniture). I highly recommend motivated movers for their professionalism and sense of urgency to not cost me as much money. Very friendly and respectful too.
