Great studio, a little on the smaller side. The one thing I do not like is that there is a fairly busy parking lot that the studio faces. There is a window covering on the large window but people can easily see inside from another window looking into the studio. The business next door is little ceasars which isn’t exactly motivating while trying to work out. Not the best place I’ve been to but it is not bad and I come here when I do not have time to drive to a further location.

Paige was lit! From her programming, to her transitions, motivational speaking and that wicked playlist- Paige seems to have it down Especially loved her double warm up- planks back to back like that oooooh baby! I like her, I like the studio I liked the workout 10/10 will be back to see Paige on Thursdays
