I love the Age Well sessions offered by Daniel, Matisse and Fabio. Each one brings their own flair to the sessions. A small group of 4 means we get personalised attention with appropriate modifications and challenges to ensure we excel. I would never achieve what I do on my own or in a class setting.

I started training with Matisse to improve lower back pain and work on mobility, I have osteoporosis and these sessions were so helpful, I now concentrate on weight bearing exercise training with Daniel and Fabio, not only is the small class training fun, it has changed my whole attitude and approach to exercise, given me confidence and the strength training has been so beneficial, I now sleep without back pain and my bone density has improved significantly since I started.. if you are looking for expert trainers, these guys... read more

I have been strength training with Daniel and Fabio since the beginning of August and they have encouraged me to slowly increase my weights and push myself to keep improving in a safe (injury free) way. The classes are challenging and fun and I love the small group training.

Dan knows his stuff! I've worked with him for the last few years and I can see the care he takes to ensure progress. He is great at pushing his clients in the gym and very knowledgeable about developing healthy habits outside the gym. Plus, him and his clients always seems to be having fun while doing it
