I never liked gyms, but this place is different. You get professional, personalized attention from the owner, Bill, and staff (especially Tim & Jacob). They design a customized workout plan made for you, & they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. Other gyms made me feel like a number; this gym makes me feel like part of a family! Highly recommend.

A year ago, I walked into the Motivate Fitness gym for the first time with the goal of increasing my longevity. I was not someone who ever visited the gym or understood a strength and fitness journey. Motivate very quickly became my “happy place”.
