I didn’t know a place like this existed! It is what I’ve been looking for but honestly didn’t think I’d ever find. I’m so thankful to have found Motivate. The teachers are incredible, the community of women, everyone is so welcoming, and encouraging. While I still feel like I have a long way to go strength wise, I am so encouraged by these classes and feel stronger already. Who knew I could be obsessed with a 5:45am workout… but here I am. Instructors very good— give modifying instructions as needed, easy to follow
I just attended my 25th class at Motivate and I could not be happier I made the choice to join. The 2 week trial was so beneficial to make sure it was the right fit for me. Like others have said, the sense of community is wonderful. I had not exercised regularly for a very long time prior to joining so I thought I was going to feel intimidated, but just the opposite, it is a very inclusive environment. I feel myself getting stronger with each class I take and that feels amazing!
