On March 27th of 2023 I was assaulted by an employee of motiva at a shell gas station at 9191 West Rd in Houston Texas. The employee threw bottled water on my back, then wrapped her arms around my neck. This was the result of me asking the clerk for the correct change. After being assaulted, I left the station for fear of greater harm. The employee, Chelsea M. Carlin then called the police and filed a false report against me.
