I have called them on multiple occasions and they do not answer my calls. I leave a voicemail and they still do not return my calls either. Is this customer service? I don't want to even imagine what their service is like. I'm going to look for another mental health provider. I attached proof of phone calls.
I wouldn't recommend Motiva, we had a really bad experience with them and one of their family member.. If one of the family members from Motiva don't like you for whatever reason, they will refuse service to your child.. I guess they help whoever they want to help.

Excelente servicio, todos sus terapeutas son muy dedicados y profesionales, mis 3 hijos estan en terapia de ABA, pero tmb tuvieron proyecto impacto y nos ayudo mucho para el desarollo de los niños.
