Loved tonight's boot camp! Make no mistake, it was intense and I am sore -but the atmosphere was positive and encouraging. The equipment and space was clean and we did lots of different workouts that kept things interesting. The owners are super friendly and provide constructive feedback. I'm definitely going back!
