Best time to go is early not alot pf people there you can generally get the machine or spot you want. Im there and ready for 6am.
Lacks a huge choice of equipment, but it is a good gym environment. 4 stars
The only thing it needs is a bigger space. The gym community is growing larger, but the gym isn't.
Great equipment, friendly atmosphere & professional employees. Best gym in the valley, highly recommend.
