I've used this mechanic before This time, they suggested an $80 diagnostic, which I agreed to. After diagnosing the issue, they recommended replacing a speed sensor (in transmission) and said they'd order the part. But despite waiting for months, that part never arrived, and they never bothered to reach out to me about it. It felt really disrespectful. Eventually, I went elsewhere and got it fixed the same day. won't be going back there anytime soon.
Been working with Motiv for all my car needs from maintenance to performance to everything else. Very professional work and precise, my most thing I like about this team is that they do a complete inspection with the maintenance and will tell you if there is an issue with your car and not push you to getting it done asap like other shops do. I’ve been going to Motiv for about a year now with my 540 after having a few bad experiences at other shops in the past I was hesitant but he went above and beyond for me, no other how big or small the job is he’s gonna take care of you!
The gentleman in the office (I apologize as I don't remember his name) was very open and forthcoming about the mechanical work he does and about his competitive pricing. The work that he has done on my daughter-in-law's car has been very good!
I was very satisfied with the workmanship, and the price was on point
