The manager/owner of this company should be embarrassed of himself. It was like watching those viral videos you see at Wal-mart. The second hand embarrassment I felt was one to reckon with. Not to mention the poor soul on the receiving end, of the managers/owners insanely cruel, outrageous, vulgar, and disgusting behavior over a simple error. I would hate to both, work for this company under this man, as well as try to do business with them.
