The best in the business! Kameel is very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me to find the right TT bike, and make all of the adjustments necessary to get the perfect fit.
Coach Kameel not only did a great job dialing in my bike fit, he also was able to help guide me on strengthening exercises to get the most out of my long-distance rides. I highly recommend!
I went to see Kameel to get a refit on a new bike that the previous fit just never felt right. He is so knowledgeable about all things bike. He gave me some great corrections on some less than great biomechanics as well. Today I had the most enjoyable ride on the bike! Can’t recommend him enough! Thank you!
TL:DR: Give Coach Kameel at MotionFit a try, you won’t be disappointed! This was my 2nd visit to Coach Kameel. This time it was for a shoe fitting. For the past couple of years I’ve struggled to enjoy cycling again because of foot issues in both feet. When I had my original bike fitting Kameel talked about what makes Lake shoes stand out from competitors, and how a wider upper on top of a wider sole with a higher arch support could provide foot pain relief.
