This is my third bike fitting with Kameel. Any time I change out my saddle, shoes or riding position I seek out his professional bike fitting expertise to get me dialed in. Although you're monitored on the latest technology he talks to you in easy to understand terminology where he explains what is going on with your bike and how you ride. I had me and my defy fit by Coach Cameel. He did a very thorough job, creating a bike perfectly comfortable in all aspects..I could ride farther without aches creeping in. At the end I got a complete report..seat height and position, and all other measurement he established. Obtaining the proper bike fit cannot be overstated in order to have a successful cycling experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Coach Kameel as I try to get back on form. This included the purchase of a new set of proper shoes. Coach Kameel is a consummate professional. He made practical recommendations to increase my cycling ability to be more effective on the bike.
