I had to find 7 windows for a bus conversion that I'm doing. Found Motion Windows in a forum and they have been fantastic. The product quality is beyond compare, and it's all made in the USA. So many choices that don't exist with the competitors, virtually any size available, different choices in shape, glass, trim ring colors etc. If you need windows don't hesitate to buy from these guys. They're better than anything else out there.
Amazing customer service. After having the window in for around 2 years we noticed one of the beads was getting sucked in. Contacted them about a repair even though it was out of warranty. Zero questions asked, they said ship it and we will fix it ASAP. Ended up doing a road trip that took us near the shop instead. When we got there they looked and confirmed something wasn’t right. I purchased 4 windows from motion windows, directly spoke with Jeff Kemp and Tim Williams throughout the process of installation and customer support. The 3 emergency exit doors function amazingly and have 0 issues after install. However, the 1 solid windows has had numerous issues due to what I believe is a sealant tape failure. We watched all the provided videos on their website and read all the instructions to be able to install the sealant and the windows correctly.
