Got in the same day, even called since I got off early for work, and was able to bring me in earlier then my regular appt. But, I believe it was the boss man who helped me out. Extremely professional, took off all the ice of my rim, cleaned it throughly, the rotors and inside of the rim, took his time to do it right and fixed another shops issue which was a misbalance.
