We were on our way to Chicago when our 2012 truck Pailot started acting up near a gas station. We stopped there, and it completely died. It was 8:00 PM, and 15 to 20 minutes later, a guy on a green motorcycle approached us and asked if we needed help. We said yes, and he checked the truck. He told us it was the alternator. I was stuck in Big Spring with car problems and called Motion Tech. Although they were unable to help me they went the extra mile to recommend a fantastic alternative. It can seem that it is hard to find good people anymore… but they’re definitely out there. I highly recommend Motion Tech.
I don’t know where to start! Overall great customer service, very friendly, and caring! The owner Daniel is awesome he went out his way to help me which I truly appreciate it! I loved they had a 24hr number to contact when in desperate need especially on a weekend!
