⭐️ Warning – Very Poor Service & Rude Staff Extremely unprofessional experience. We had a valid prescription and were told by phone that we could come in for therapy. When we later called to book the appointment, they suddenly asked for a different prescription and claimed the original was not usable. This is not the first time they have asked for additional documents — and each time, we provided everything they requested. ⭐️ Warning – Very Poor Service & Rude Staff Extremely unprofessional experience. We had a valid prescription and were told by phone that we could come in. When we called to book the appointment, they suddenly asked for a different prescription and said the original was not usable. The staff is lazy, disorganized, and rude — and this is not the first time, especially the manager. No empathy, no effort to help patients who are clearly in need. If you value your time, health, and basic respect, avoid this place.
