As an ex athlete and professional dancer, ive met with tens of PT folks. Nobody has come close to the expertise and courtesy that the folks at Motion Sports Medicine exemplify. In my opinion, they are tge best!
Mismanaged, not caring and unprofessional. Utter chaos.
My hand surgeon referred me here saying he’ll send in the paperwork and they will contact me directly. This is actually out of the way for me, but since my doctor has worked with them in the past I agreed. I received a call to schedule me just as he said. I took time off work and spent $30 on Uber to be told I couldn’t be seen due to missing referral. Filled out so much paperwork my hand hurt (the original reason I agreed to this mess) How exactly did they have my information in order to contact me if there was no referral. ... read more
