I found this company via the internet and the communication started out great. However, I was instructed to downgrade insurance plan to avoid paying my deductible and just bad back and forth communication with the office staff. One thing that is so ridiculous is people that try to say you are irate or upset because you are talking louder to speak over there non sense.
