So glad we decided to get a second opinion for our truck that had issues. Shawn helped us out by diagnosing it correctly. He explained what was going on and gave us information on what was needed. After a long 12 hour shift at work, I locked my keys in my car at 8pm when it’s 12 degrees out and Chad came without hesitation and was able to get me back on the road within 5 minutes!!!
