Called Motion Pro to verify if I had received a genuine MP part from an online store. I didn't even have to wait on hold, as the employee picked up right away. He was able to immediately verify it was indeed a genuine part. Very helpful. I have been buying MP for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the quality of cables and other products I have purchased. Will definitely be returning in the future. I bought a throttle kit from an online retailer and they sold me the wrong product for my bike. I called motion pro and they didn't hesitate to send me exactly what I needed to make it right. They did it for free even though they didn't make the mistake. Next time I'll buy from them directly and there will be a next time for sure.
