I wanted to take the time to leave review after an excellent customer service experience. I have had a Motion Pro jumbo chain tool for a while now, and I used it for quite a few chains. On this most recent job though while riveting a master link, a part of the tool broke. I reached out to Motion Pro and Justin Means got right back to me the same day. Contacted Motion Pro regarding a warranty claim for their PBR tool with a spring retention malfunction on the core body. The replacement arrived within the week, instant response from support team and awesome products. Would buy from them directly next time.
Called Motion Pro to verify if I had received a genuine MP part from an online store. I didn't even have to wait on hold, as the employee picked up right away. He was able to immediately verify it was indeed a genuine part. Very helpful. I have been buying MP for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the quality of cables and other products I have purchased. Will definitely be returning in the future.
