My mom started coming here after her stroke and we've seen progress we weren't sure was possible. The team is incredibly patient with her, they adjust things every single visit based on how she's feeling that day. She's walking more steadily now and her confidence is coming back. It means everything to our family to see that. Can't thank them enough.
Had a great experience on my first visit here! My left leg was treated really well by Kak Tami through a really thorough physiotherapy. Definitely will come back here for my next visit!
Staff super friendly
I'd been dealing with lower back pain for months and honestly just kept hoping it would go away on its own. It didn't. A friend told me to try Motion Plus and I'm so glad I listened. John took the time to actually figure out what was going on instead of just giving me a sheet of stretches. The whole team is friendly and the front desk always remembers my name. I'm not 100% yet but I'm closer than I've been in a long time.
