Hired MPE to make master for broadcast of national TV show on Fox. The network rejected the masters and the staff of MPE did no quality control. The master had no captions. After multiple attempts and rejections by the network, we had to hire another company to make the master. We almost missed our deadline due to the incompetence of the staff of MPE and would have lost a substantial amount of money had we not changed providers.
