Agree with all the positive reviews of Motion Therapy in Northcote. They were really informative and the main reason I chose them. Brodie as others have noted is very knowledgeable and exceptional in areas including dry needling, cupping, remedial massage with lots of take home tips including stretches targeted areas causing pain or concern. I felt the benefits immediately and after just one consultation and session and am benefiting enormously from the ongoing sessions. Highly recommended!
I had a remedial massage with Alexandra, and it was incredible. She was kind, warm and very professional. Her massage was excellent! I arrived desperate for relief from my stiff back and neck from prolonged desk work and left feeling so light and taller - she knew exactly where to target, and I haven't felt this good in a long time! I entered the building to speak with someone about who might be an appropriate person for me to see, but the 2 practitioners (who I could hear) were both with other clients. I waited for 15 mins, called the number on the website and received no answer. If staff are unavailable to attend the front desk because they’re with clients I think it would be a good idea to lock the door so people who walk in aren’t left waiting if they can’t be attended to? I don’t quite understand the logic here.
Brodie is the dude who will get you back moving again. If you train martial arts, he understands the stresses you put your body through, so know how to treat the points that make a real difference.
They are just great. Oliver did the best massage I've probably ever had.
