Amazing experience! Very clean, comfortable rooms and I felt relaxed from the second I was greeted at the front desk. I was in excellent hands with the respectful and knowledgeable therapist who diagnosed the issue quickly, communicated clearly, answered all of my questions and suggested an achievable range of stretches and exercises to strengthen and minimise further discomfort moving forward. I'll definitely be returning again and will be recommending Motion Myotherapy to anyone who asks.
Murray has been a great help in working through my shoulder pain. He worked extensively through my shoulder and the surrounding muscles to release them and enable increased movement with reduced pain afterwards. In addition, Justine also treated my partner for back and neck pain over the weekend, and she was very happy with the professionalism and quality of treatment provided.
I booked a last minute pregnancy massage with Murray after experiencing some horrible sciatica pain the night before. Murray took the time to understand where exactly my pain was, my pain history during the pregnancy, and explained exactly the process he would take during the massage. I felt instant relief and have since felt so much mobility and movement thanks to the massage. The pregnancy pillow was also so comfy! Would highly recommend seeing the team here and will be booking more sessions.
