My husband was stuck on his power lift. We called emergency number 2 times. We even left a message. They never did call us back. Thank God I had family members to come help me lift him out of his chair, and up the steps.
Big shout out to Chris (technician) at Motion Mobility for his expertise in repairing our mobility scooter in record time! Also to Mark and the woman who answers the phone; they were both very polite and professional. Thanks to all of these great people, my disabled veteran boyfriend is up and about once again! Highly recommend this company!
Mark was a pleasure to work with. He has my scooter back on the road quickly and he was very knowledgeable.
The best place to get your scooter. Staff is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. If you have mobility issues this place is the one for you.
