I went in for a back brace and worked with both Jennifer and Jonta. They were very helpful and patient as I tried on different braces until we found the one that best met my needs. Jonta then took time to make adjustments to the fit and helped me learn how to use it once I got home. Their knowledge and customer care were exceptional!
They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. John did an amazing job of helping me find the right brace at an affordable price.

Jonta was SO nice and helpful. He helped my grandmother get in and out of the car with her broken knee. Such a nice guy! Me and my grandmother are very thankful for his help! Very nice place and people.
I had a great experience at Motion Medical. I met with Jonta to be fitted for a knee brace. He was very polite and took the time to ask about my injury, activity level, and day-to-day work and personal routines. He thoroughly explained the structures of the knee and how movement affects these structures and cause wear and tear. Jonta was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt heard and left feeling confident about my next steps.
