Very helpful with every detail, if your in the market for a bike there's no reason to shop anywhere else
Went into the shop today looking to purchase a comfort/cruiser style bicycle. I haven't ridden a bike in many years and have been concerned about getting back to it due to my weight. The staff was very understanding and kind! They listened to my goals and what I hoped to get out of a bicycle and helped me select the best one for me. I'm looking forward to having a great relationship with this shop over the years we live here in Cullowhee.

Thank you for the excellent work and service. I went on a long ride in the Cashiers area today and the new derailleur shifted beautifully. I am almost looking forward to when my rear derailleur needs to be replaced and I can have you upgrade it.
Congrats on being named a Top Bike Shop--and thanks for taking great care of us when we passed through en route to the Virginia Creeper a couple years ago.
Hands down the best bike shop I have ever been to. The owners are extremely nice and the customer service is just amazing. Made me feel like I was welcome there instead of just being another boring customer. Took my Specialized Camber Comp 29er out in some rainy and nasty conditions and it was fantastic. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!
