I used to work here and trust me they have no idea what they are doing. Quiting was best. I make more now in a week what I made there in a month.
Do yourself a favor & Do not deal with these crooks. Went in last week Look for bearings to fix my Dodge TXT8 gearbox myself. They wanted me to pay 700$ for two bearings compared to other manufacturers and retailers. Also when I brought in my bearing It took 7 different employees to take a look at it to try and figure exactly what it was but I had all the dimensions but they told me the dimensions I gave them does not meet up with anything from there stock. They always answer the phone promptly and get out quotes quickly. I called for a bearing quote and didn’t have the exact part number. They took down my info and called around to find me a matching part. Great customer service.
