I was a customer, and one day when I needed parts in an emergency situation, I couldn't get them because of an issue with my account's "home" location. Called my local office, they couldn't help. Called the office that my account originated at, they wouldn't help. I was stuck with nobody willing to help. Since then, I've turned to other vendors that it turns out have competitive pricing without the hoops or need to negotiate.
The employees are fabulous! They are willing to work above and beyond expectations to ensure satisfaction for their customers. I would recommend this business to all!
They don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible working environment. Management never fixed the problems, they just accommodate them.
