Jeff was super friendly and helpful in supplying some obscure bearings for my Yamaha motorcycle over the phone. He arranged them to be delivered express to Kalispell when local shops couldn't. It was a super simple process and he even sent me a tracking number the next morning when it was available. FedEx did not deliver on time, but that's another story...

Kudos to Jeff and Motion Industries in Missoula. After the OEMs and on-line stores failed and gave up (discontinued p/n), Jeff took the time to size up the old parts and find a working alternative. Got it right the first time and I was up and running in a couple of days. Thank you Jeff!
