It's a beautiful centre and from the professional and friendly front desk staff to the physios and instructors, Motion Health provides 5-star service and care. Particularly, Catherine has always been an absolute delight and help: I happily recommend her as a wonderful woman and an excellent physio!
I can't speak more highly of Motion Health – for both physio and pilates. The Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists are super knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. The pilates studio is spacious and clean with a great range of equipment. The small class sizes allow for individually tailored programs with a lot of one-on-one attention from the instructors. Wish I could rate Motion Health higher than 5 stars. Every class is tailored to my needs, all the practitioners are amazing, it's a fun friendly environment. I've been a member for over a year now and seen huge improvements in my fitness and overall well being thanks to the Motion Health team.
Always fun, highly competent, good people, and a great environment. Highly recommended. The difference, I think, is their attention to detail. Each session is meticulously noted, so no matter whose class you may be in today, you can be assured that the instructor knows exactly what you did in your last class, and will ensure that what you do today fits into a holistic structure. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but over time it actually is..
From the professional and friendly front desk staff to the physios and instructors Motion Health provides 5 star service and care. For over 2 years they have given me support and advice and I have achieved excellent results in both my physical and mental health. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
