Hello everyone I have to say these guys at Motion are awesome. They picked up my chair on Wednesday morning replaced 2 motors and 2 rear shocks. Returned the chair to me before 3pm the same day. I have to say the motors have never been so quiet. Very impressed with the service I get with Motion and highly recommend go and have a view and chat about your needs they will be there to help.
What a fantastic service we received from this company recently! Shabnamjit Kaur was absolutely brilliant in helping organise the collection of a folding wheelchair from the Vancouver office and for us to drop it off at the Calgary office two weeks later. We'd booked a surprise family road trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. But between us booking it 6 months previous and heading out from the UK in October, my wife injured her knee. Impatient driver on the road.
Been with motion for decades, DON'T KNOW WHY, the worst customer service you are going to find anywhere, been/still waiting for a lift repair, receptionists never return calls , forget or just don't bother to do things constantly, it's time for me to order a new chair and batek bike and bed , if they don't get back to me early this week I'm going to McDonald's , I'll write another review end of next week,
Motion killed it from start to finish. Provided me the best options for my needs, and install ws great. Johnny was professional, polite, courteous, skilled, and left the place cleaner than when he got there.
