From day one everyone involved was so very nice to work with. Darlene was my therapist and Brad was my sales representative. The experience was excellent. Kevin came out and delivered my new wheels! I wasn't ready for all this new found freedom. Thank you for all you do for the community.
Wonderful care and organized. Tracy took care of us and she was a delight to wok with in a difficult time. Recommend them to anyone who need their services.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place at all. The staff are all rude, miserable ladies. I took my special needs person in there today because her walker lost a screw in the basket. They were all clearly very irritated by her the second she walked in the door. I could tell by the looks on their faces and the attitude in their voices. Luckily she is very happy go lucky and she didn’t realize how rude they were being to her. They said they were going to charge her because she comes there for repairs on this walker often. We decided to get a stairlift, Craig came out to our home and explained everthing to us. Craig and Matteo came to install it . Very knowledgeable and polite , they really care!
