I had recently had two stair lifts uninstalled at one property and reinstalled at another. My interaction with the employees at motion has been wonderful. They were able to answer all my questions I had. Got back to me as soon as they could. Made adjustments as per request or put my ideas into place. Don't return phone calls, Don't clear their sidewalk. Limited inventory and feeble customer service skills. Abandoned vehicles block what is appapparently "an employee entrance" despite it formerly being an entrance for customers. No signage. You are just supposed to park on the street and brave the icy sidewalk.

We love Yorkton Golden Mobility! Larry is so happy with his new scooter. Jamie went above and beyond to help transfer Larry’s old scooter to his home at no additional charge. Amazing customer care, and a very happy client!
